  • "She is an amazing and calming presence. But what makes Heather such an impactful teacher is that she is open and candid about her own experience discovering mindfulness and how it has impacted her own challenges in life. She presents mindfulness in such a way that is approachable and applicable to "real life." She uses a bit of humor in her classes that make the workshops FUN, while balancing it with the right amount if information-sharing and silent practice. "

  • "After taking MAPS with Heather, I often joke that anyone who is a human being and has to go through life should be required to take the MAPS course with her. Honestly, it just helps you DO LIFE better. :) I highly recommend working with Heather in any capacity. "

  • "Heather is like a guardian angel. Her combined empathy, knowledge of psychology, and understanding of buddhist meditations makes her meditation practice so incredibly specific and personal. I felt safe with her and not judged. Heather's sensitivity is like a needle point. I tend to shy away from dogma and false spirituality but Heather makes universal spirituality logical. Heather will help you find church for your soul. "

“We can create a safe place for our emotions. Only then can true transformation take place. You are stronger, larger and more resilient than you believe yourself to be. Understanding and living in your truth is your birthright. We no longer seek other people to heal our wounds. The true healer lies within ourselves.”
